1. Training Centre Details

Select Training Provider (NSTI/NCoE) based on your State mapping.
Select the appropriate Training Centre (NSTI / Extension Centre).

Note: Mapping of States to NSTIs is predefined. Please select correctly.

2. Personal Details

Enter Full Name exactly as per Aadhaar.
Select correct Gender and Date of Birth.
Provide valid Mobile Number and Email ID.
Enter Aadhaar Number correctly.
Select Officer/Trainer for NSTI/G-Institute (Hub / Spoke / Others if applicable).
Enter Name of NSTI / G-Institute.
Select Category and Divyang Status.

3. Education & Experience

Select Highest Qualification.
Enter Branch / Trade.
Provide Designation.
Enter Total Years of Experience.
Provide Domain at the time of Recruitment.

4. Preferred Training

Trainer must select one or more training types:

Pedagogy – Junior & Senior Instructors
Leadership Development – Principals / Group Instructors / Vice Principals
Procurement, Contract Management & PPP – Concerned Officers
Domain Training – Junior & Senior Instructors

If Domain Training is selected, choose the specific domain (Electrical, Welding, IT, etc.)

5. Address Details

Enter complete Address.
Select State/UT and District.
Provide Parliament Constituency.
Enter correct PIN Code.

6. Document Upload

Upload passport-size photograph.
Ensure file size is within allowed limit (e.g., 100 KB).
Allowed formats: JPG / PNG.
